Spiritual Connections  does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received. We do our own bulk postal mailing.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Spiritual Connections shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Spiritual Connections shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Spiritual Connections shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items.

Shipping Policies:
Spiritual Connections ships via the US postal service and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location with a minimum charge of $5.00 for domestic orders. 

Most orders will be orders ship within 24 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees will still apply.

Orders take approximately 7-10 business days:
Inludes processing (subject to immediate availability). When ordering more than two items, please use a physical street address. We cannot ship orders with multiple items to a P.O. Box address. * There are different rate choices available for all customers. Depending on the size of your order, the best price may be the Priority Flat Rate.

USPS Orders:
Please note that orders shipped via the US postal service are picked up weekday morning immediately following the day that the order was processed and packaged. This may result in postal orders placed on Friday not being picked up by the USPS until Monday morning, barring holidays or delays.

Return Policy:
Spiritual Connections will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. If paid for with a money order Spiritual Connections will send a company check as a refund in US Funds if requested. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

You may return most items sold through rickbunch.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. We will pay the shipping cost for items returned as a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.Any book that has obvious signs of use.Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
Spiritual Connections  will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Spiritual Connections.

Sales Taxes:
Spiritual Connections is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of indiana. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
